Return & Refund Policy

Veetech Kenya is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds processed.

You may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging with all accessories
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
• Item must not be physically damaged by the customer

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer, Cash on Delivery)
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
• You will be notified once the refund is completed

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover return costs
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer bears the return shipping cost
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

• Installed CCTV, electric fence, or access control systems
• Custom-configured or special-order products
• Opened or used networking equipment
• Software licenses or digital products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within the 5-day period.

• Provide photos or videos as evidence
• We may offer replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue

Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 6–12 months). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse or installation damage.
